AxCrypt now offers a modern interface and improved performance across platforms. The new design offers a more intuitive experience and a simplified encryption workflow, making it easier than ever to secure your files. This guide walks you through how to use AxCrypt efficiently and take full advantage of its interface and features.

You can begin with a 30-day free trial by selecting either the Premium or Business plan. During the trial period, you'll have full access to all features included in the plan you choose.

  • Plan Premium: przeznaczony dla osób prywatnych, a nie dla organizacji.
  • Plan biznesowy: Zaprojektowany dla organizacji, umożliwiający zakup licencji dla wielu użytkowników i zarządzanie nimi.

Subskrypcja biznesowa umożliwia organizacjom kupowanie licencji dla wielu użytkowników i zarządzanie nimi. Firmom mającym siedzibę w UE i posiadającym ważny numer VAT oferujemy zakupy wolne od podatku VAT w ramach planu Biznes. Należy pamiętać, że sprzedaż bez VAT nie jest możliwa w przypadku planu Premium.

How to encrypt files?

  1. Login to application.
  2. Click “Secure” button
  3. Select file(s) you want to encrypt and secure.
  4. Your selected files will be secured and visible in the Recent Files section.

How to decrypt files?

  1. Login to application.
  2. Click “Open Secured” button.
  3. Select the encrypted “.axx” extension file(s) you want to open.
  4. Or, select the file from “Recent Files“ list, right-click and select Open.

How to stop securing files?

  1. Login to application.
  2. Follow either of the below steps:
    • Select the checkbox of file(s) in the recent files list you want to stop securing.
      • Right-click on the selected file.
      • Select “Stop securing and remove from list”.
    • Click button and select your files to stop securing.

How to key-share files?

  1. Login to application.
  2. Select the checkbox of file(s) in the recent files list you want to share.
  3. Add or select contact.
  4. Select “Apply”.
  5. Send the actual file to the recipient.
  6. Alternatively, you can click button and select your files to share.

How to secure folders?

  1. Login to application.
  2. Go to the “Secured Folders” menu.
  3. Click on “Add or Drag Folder”
  4. Select the folder(s) you want to secure.
  5. In case, you want to secure subfolders also, enable it from Settings -> Include Sub-Folders

How to manage passwords?

  1. Login to application.
  2. Go to the “Password Manager” menu.
  3. Click on “All items” to view all your passwords.
  4. Click on “Recently Added” to view all your recently added passwords.
  5. Click on “Shared With” to view all passwords shared with you.
  6. Click to add a new Password, Card or Note.
  7. Click to export your passwords.
  8. You can sort your passwords based on Date/ Content.
  9. You can filter your passwords based on password type.
