Getting started with AxCrypt?
AxCrypt is a powerful file encryption software designed to keep your sensitive data secure. It uses strong AES-256 bit encryption and allows easy file protection with just a few clicks. Secure your files in minutes by setting up your AxCrypt ID. Follow these simple steps.
Download & Install
Download AxCrypt and complete the setup using the standard installation wizard. If you don’t have an account, sign-up.
You can download AxCrypt from:
Register Your Email
On the sign-up page, select a plan as per your usage and enter your email address. Check your inbox for a verification link — click it to activate your account.
Didn't receive the verification link? Click the 'Resend Link' button on the sign-up page. If you still don't receive it, please contact us at support@axcrypt.net.
Set Your Password
Once you click on the verification link, you will be redirected to a password setup page where you can set a strong password to complete registration.
Important:
AxCrypt does not store your password. Do not forget your password! Without the password your files are lost.
Setup your Subscription
You can now use AxCrypt’s basic features for free! Additional features are available if you subscribe to AxCrypt Premium or AxCrypt Business.

- Set your preferred language
- Set inactivity sign-out
- Review security tips and onboarding screens
- Enable Multi-Factor Authentication by visiting the security page.
