Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • 2+ years sales experience, with a proven track record of success

  • Experience working with international clients

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the international market

Requirements

The successful candidate will have good or excellent skills in several, but not necessarily all, of the following technologies and tools:

  • International Sales (USA & Europe)

  • Software sales (SAAS)

  • CRM software

  • Outbound sales

  • Account management

  • Cold calling

Personal Qualities

AxCrypt is a very advanced encryption platform used by very normal people to protect their files against disclosure. It must be stable and trustworthy to a very large degree. You have:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide solutions that meet their expectations

  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets

  • Keep abreast of new products and services to promote to customers

  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and interactions in the company CRM

  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs and requirements

  • Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure a coordinated effort in meeting customer needs
