Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
2+ years sales experience, with a proven track record of success
Experience working with international clients
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
In-depth knowledge of the international market
Requirements
The successful candidate will have good or excellent skills in several, but not necessarily all, of the following technologies and tools:
International Sales (USA & Europe)
Software sales (SAAS)
CRM software
Outbound sales
Account management
Cold calling
Personal Qualities
AxCrypt is a very advanced encryption platform used by very normal people to protect their files against disclosure. It must be stable and trustworthy to a very large degree. You have:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide solutions that meet their expectations
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
Keep abreast of new products and services to promote to customers
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and interactions in the company CRM
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs and requirements
Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure a coordinated effort in meeting customer needs
